Chandresh acknowledges darkness and light, lust and love, rebels and rule makers, and all facets of the human spirit. Heโ€™s a modern-age spiritual advisor who encourages people to flourish as their true selves.

Chandresh hails from a lineage of seven generations of Indian spiritual healers and is a disciple of his father, His Holiness Shree Chamunda Swami, who is a universally recognized authority in spiritual healing. Initially bound to the financial world, he attended Zicklin School of Business in New York. Upon graduating, he pursued his passion for unleashing human potential with the help of meditation. Chandresh's experiences lend to his teaching philosophy, which combines ancient wisdom with a modern approach to spirituality.

A speaker and author, Chandresh is the author of bestselling book Break the Norms (which by the way has a foreword by his holiness Dalai Lama) to help people rethink everything they know about the world around us.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Chandresh's journey from a Wall Street exec to a spiritual advisor
  • how to have the courage to live your Truth and trust the unknown
  • the power of gratitude

We also discuss:

  • Why simplicity is necessary on the spiritual path
  • How to plant the seed that waters the feminine
  • Gender expression and more

Today Iโ€™m joined by someone who aligns with my mission for Higher Consciousness and Utopia, Alexandra Cousins.

Alexโ€™s passion has always been in health and human optimization. From the age of 5 she was obsessed with finding out what was the source of disease. She grew up believing that so much more was possible for humanity and with a deep innate connection to the Christ Consciousness. Alexโ€™s past is deeply varied -having studied Ayurveda and Yoga in India in her 20s, working in some of the top spas in the world, as well as stints in high fashion, and deep dives into the world of African and South American shamanism.

Looking back, she realizes how her own suffering and illness was the greatest teacher โ€“ propelling her to keep pushing the edges to carve a radical new way of being. Her teachings are a very unique amalgamation of shamanism, mysticism, a deep understanding of the human body through her studies of Ayurveda and Natural Hygiene; steeped deeply into Christ consciousness and the knowing, that we as a species are evolving beyond what we ever thought possible.

Everything Alex teaches, she lives -fully without compromise whilst constantly evolving and refining the process. Alex is a true pioneer in her field and has the ability to guide people through massive transformations and healings in the most elegant and deeply authentic way. Her ways are simple -she works totally intuitively and with full presence with the focus of giving her clients a first-hand experience of what it feels like to become the embodiment of their Divine and highest selves.

We discuss the divide between fixing the institutions and fixing ourselves - and why the real work is in fixing ourselves through self-actualization, Jordan Hall's Game A vs. Game B and what it takes to be a Game B "vulcan spartan" early adopter.

Mitch Horowitz is a writer-in-residence at the New York Public Library, a lecturer-in-residence at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles, and the PEN Award-winning author of books including Occult America; One Simple Idea: How Positive Thinking Reshaped Modern Life; and The Miracle Club: How Thoughts Become Reality. Mitch has written on everything from the war on witches to the secret life of Ronald Reagan for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Salon, Time.com, and Politico.

Mitch has discussed alternative spirituality on CBS Sunday Morning, Dateline NBC, NPRโ€™S All Things Considered, CNN, and throughout the national media. He received the 2019 Walden Award for Interfaith/Intercultural Understanding. The Chinese government has censored his work.

In this interview, we discuss:

  • How to use our senses as data
  • How to experiment with beliefs using everyday reality
  • How the participatory style of journalism, and the earnestness of the observer, can be practical yet exploratory

We also discuss:

  • What it means to hypnagogically program yourself
  • Why experimentation is the best yielder of Truth
